The DOE Joint Genome Institute (JGI) in Walnut Creek, CA (a division of the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab) has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced software developer. In cooperation with other members of the Sequencing Informatics group, will design, develop and implement software solutions and offer support for the sequencing process spanning from the sample acquisition stage to sequence data generation.
